Garden Update

The garden this year has been a real delight, a little slow in some places when I look at other blogs but quite productive this year.  The tomatoes are finally beginning to turn red so at long last I am able to pick some on a daily basis.

The peppers have been the best yet, in fairness they are kept in a mini greenhouse unless its red hot.

The purple sprouting broccoli has been a real delight I have managed to put a fair amount into the freezer.

The cabbage is still going strong, I did manage to swap a couple of cabbage with next door for some pears and they have also been gifted to friends and family.

The dwarf runner beans have been plentiful so we have been able to freeze some.

Finally the courgettes and spring onions have come to a natural end.  The lettuce is still going strong we have that everyday and sometimes twice.

Hope you have enjoyed my little tour around my garden.

See you soon.
