Drum roll please for the big reveal...
The throw and cushion are finished, all ready to be packaged up for my youngest daughter. I finished both the throw and the cushion with a corded edging or reverse double crochet. It took a little of getting used to but I love the simple finish.
My crochet hook has been in overdrive as I have also finished two lap blankets for my parents, they just need the ends sewing in and then are all ready to be packaged up.
The zig zag pattern was another easy make and works up very quickly using arran yarn and a 5mm hook. They are a lovely addition to the home at this time of year and will be well received.

The blue blanket is such a simple but effective design. I used the crab stitch edge on a baby blanket this year at it is such a great way to finish a blanket. Jo x
