Blogging Update

The saga continues I am still unable to load photos and now I am struggling with my laptop, it is very slow and sluggish.  To this end I have decided that a blogging break is in order until a resolution is found.  I am keeping busy doing a little painting and decorating but will share all this with you once I am up and running again. 

I do thank you for your emails and your concern.  Both Gerard and I are well, it is a computer issue that is keeping me away.  I will keep you updated.  Take care.

    It must be terribly frustrating but hopefully it won't bee for too long.

  8. Hello Lorraine. Computers can be so frustrating. I'm sure you remember my days of struggling with blogger. We'll be right here when you can return, meanwhile, enjoy the break and the extra time to get things done around home.

  11. My laptop is really sluggish too. I probably should think about buying a new one but this slow old thing works just fine for my needs.

  13. So sorry about your computer issues. I just went through it and it is soooooo frustrating. I ended up buying a new laptop which was not in our budget! I wish you luck and hope you are back blogging soon!

  15. Oh, that's too bad. I remember having the same problem a while back, I used old photos because I couldn't upload the new ones. I had to hire a computer expert to help me find them. I love your blog and your writing. I would read your posts with or without photos. Take care.

  27. It is so frustrating I know. I am still trying to get used to the windows 10. I had some recent problems with someone trying to hack my Amazon prime acct. had to change passwords, be on line with help etc...
    This thing seems to own me now. Don't like that. I hope you get everything resolved and up and running very soon.

  32. I'm sorry to read that your tech is causing you grief. I'm not entirely sure that I am comfortable upgrading my tech at the moment - everything is changing from owning an OS outright on disk etc. to having to subscribe and have regular deductions paid to retain access to software (leasing). My computers are old and probably would not work with the demands of the new products. Why can't computer people keep it simple (and cheap)? I do wish you well with sorting out your tech and hope to see you back in the blogosphere soon. Maybe this 'tech time out' is an opportunity to get even more crafty and Christmassy things done.

So much that we don't understand happens when updates occur, it's so frustrating, I hope you get it sorted soon.
